Keep
Your Distance is the debut album by Ethatone. Released on their
own Ethadome Records label, the album was recorded and co-produced by
Dare Mason at The VIP Lounge in Penzance. Additional recording was by
Phil Innes, who also mixed the album with the group at his Cheeky Pup
studio in Truro.
The album's 11 songs were written by the band, with words by singer Martin Jackson. Rachael Cain's original violin parts were used by Lucy Shaw to create new string arrangements for three of the album's songs. The string parts were played by Sarah Shaw and Jane Lishman, along with The Lemon Street Digital Orchestra. Sleeve photography: Adam Gibbard. Video production: Barbara Santi, Morgan Lowndes and Robin Simpson. |
